Real Estate Purchases, Sales, and Mortgages

- Support in all residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural real estate matters including purchases and sales, mortgages and refinancing, mortgage enforcement, drawing commercial, farm, and residential leases, landlord/tenant issues, right of way issues, counsel on municipal compliance, reviewing zoning by-laws and associated uses.


Land Use Planning

- Support in preparing and reviewing plans of subdivision, development agreements, site plan agreements,severances including the creation of building lots, rights of way or lot additions, official plan amendments, rezoning applications, and minor variance applications.


Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, and Administration

- Support in drafting wills, including dual personal and corporate wills, powers of attorney for personal care and property, inter-vivos and testamentary trusts, including spousal, alter ego, joint partner, minor, and Henson trusts; counsel regarding tax effective transfer of wealth and succession planning of family-owned businesses, planning for disabled beneficiaries, estate administration matters, including preparing certificates of appointment with or without a will and advising Estate Trustees on Estate administration duties.
